Unlike traditional assisted living where a nurse may only visit weekly, our physician-owners are on-site daily. This means vitals are checked twice daily, and any abnormality is reviewed immediately by a Board-Certified MD. We catch subtle signs of UTIs or pneumonia early, performing rapid interventions in-house to prevent unnecessary ER visits.

Yes. We offer the option for our on-site physician to serve as the resident's PCP. This removes the physical and emotional burden of transporting your loved one to outside clinics and ensures the doctor managing their care is the same one seeing them every single day.

While our physician owner provides executive oversight and regular clinical rounds at all five locations, each facility is staffed 24/7 by dedicated, trained caregivers supported by nurses available via remote clinical consultation and call-side assistance. Having a physician-owner ensures our on-site team has direct, streamlined access to expert guidance that traditional facilities may lack.

We offer a spectrum of care across our California network, including Assisted Living, Memory Care (for Alzheimer’s and Dementia), and Respite Care. Because we have five facilities, we can often find the specific environment that best fits your loved one’s personality and medical needs.

Not necessarily. While our physician-owner oversees the facility's health standards, residents are welcome to keep their existing primary care physicians.
